Secure Database Log-In:
Authorized subscribers can directly access the secure TeleBlock® Subscriber administration website. The website can secure your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate.

Subscribers both create and manage all database Users and Administrators via "Users/Privileges" webpages.

Campaign List Manager℠:
Campaign List Manager℠ is a standard TeleBlock® list management feature designed for companies that call on the behalf of multiple sellers +/or calling initiatives, and require screening against multiple, unique Do-Not-Call databases.

Daily Calling Reports:
TeleBlock® subscribers can generate, view, print, download and e-mail customized daily calling reports archived on-line via the system’s “Reports” functionality. Reporting dictated by the subscriber, and are based on an assortment of criteria such as calling campaign, originating ANI/Auth Code, location and “from” and “to” date, to name a few.

A complete listing of all available calling campaign specific DNC databases can be viewed and accessed under “Campaign List”.

A listing of the locations utilizing the TeleBlock® system and screening against the selected calling campaign can be found under “View Locations”.

View ANI/Auth Codes (by Campaign):
A listing of the ANI/Auth Code(s) subscribed to the TeleBlock® system that are screening against the selected calling campaign can be found under “View ANI/Auth Codes”.

Allow/Override List (by Campaign):
TeleBlock® subscribers manage their existing business relationships (EBR) and permission calling initiative needs with absolute ease via a multitude of data administration options found on the system. Subscribers can manually and automatically add, delete and replace DNC data as necessary. “Removal Date” functionality exists to automatically remove existing database records from the “Allow/Override List” table on the populated date, and allows subscribers to easily stay in compliance with federal and state EBR and permission calling mandates. TeleBlock® data administration options are as follows:
I) Manual Entry – Subscribers can perform manual record by record data entries via the TeleBlock® web GUI interface and the “Add” functionality.
II) Bulk Upload – Subscribers can upload allowable calling data in bulk via the TeleBlock® web GUI interface and the “Upload” functionality located under “Allow/Override List”. An “Upload Report”, featuring the bulk upload statistics and equipped with .txt files containing invalid records, duplicate records, etc., are automatically forwarded to the e-mail address associated with the User Name performing the upload.
III) Automatic FTP and SFTP Upload – Subscribers can automatically upload allowable calling data in bulk via a secure TeleBlock® FTP and SFTP sites as frequently as desired. An “Upload Report”, featuring the bulk upload statistics and equipped with .txt files containing invalid records, duplicate records, etc., are automatically forwarded to the e-mail address associated with the User Name performing the upload.

In-House DNC List (by Campaign):
TeleBlock® subscribers manage their In-House DNC list needs with absolute ease via a multitude of data administration options found on the system. Subscribers can manually and automatically add, delete and replace DNC data as necessary. “Removal Date” functionality exists to automatically remove existing database records from the “In-House DNC List” table on the populated date, and allows subscribers to easily stay in compliance with federal and state In-House mandates.
