Glen Cove, N.Y. – November 4, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) - Compliance Systems Corporation (OTCBB: COPI), a provider of compliance technologies and methodologies to the teleservices industry, has partnered with three Canadian companies—VanillaSoft, Thunder CRM, and MarkeTel—providing each with its Do Not Call (DNC) compliance solution product, TeleBlock®. This expansion comes on the heels of the institution of the new Canadian Do-Not-Call (DNC) law effective as of September 30, 2008.
Canadian-based VanillaSoft, lead management solutions provider for outbound telephone sales; MarkeTel, a predictive dialer manufacturer; and Thunder CRM, a call center solution containing several types of telephone integration, from traditional analog lines to digital and VoIP, have all been integrated with the TeleBlock® solution so that their clients do not call telephone numbers on the Canadian and US DNC lists
TeleBlock is also distributed by US based telephone carriers, many with worldwide reach including such Tier 1 telephone carriers as AT&T, Verizon Business, Qwest Communications and PaeTec Communications.

With the passage of this new legislation, Canadians are now able to avoid unsolicited telemarketer calls by registering with the national Do-Not-Call list. Telemarketers found in violation of the list could face fines of up to $1,500 for individuals and up to $15,000 for corporations.
Call Compliance’s TeleBlock® system automatically checks the various DNC lists, and then blocks any calls from going out to consumer telephone numbers on these lists.
